Chris is a former Fortune 200 Executive where she spent 2 decades with Marriott International as the Vice President of Revenue Strategy for the Caribbean, Latin America Division building the global footprint into a multi-billion-dollar organization, across 35 countries, 18 brands and overseeing a 200 + team of top-line leaders.

She holds an MBA in Leadership from the University of Nebraska in partnership with The Gallup Organization, is a Strengths-based Coach, ICF ACC Certified Professional Coach, a Master Practitioner of the Energy Leadership Index, a IPEC Leadership Core Dynamics Specialist and is pursuing a Master of Conscious Leadership through the Conscious Leadership Institute.
